Two years ago I transitioned from peri-menopausal to full menopause. I was one of the unlucky ones with pronounced menopause symptoms which included hot flashes, irritability from sleep deprivation, and night sweats. I would wake up in the middle of the night with sopping wet hair and would regularly have to change my pillow case.
My gynecologist ran blood tests that supported the fact that I was in menopause. Because my body was depleted of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone my doctor put me on a progesterone patch and a small amount of estrogen for nearly 4 months with still no relief. I then quit the prescribed medication and purchased several OTC (over the counter) “natural” supplements that supposedly would eliminate the symptoms. Unfortunately, they did not work.
I gave up hope, reluctantly accepting the fact that this is the way my body had responded to menopause and I would have to go on with my life and learn to live with it.
Thankfully, I was introduced to Touchstone Essentials approximately 3 months ago and began taking all the supplements. Over the last two months I have noticed a very gentle but consistent improvement—the symptoms that were greatly affecting my quality of life are now gone!
I can once again sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed! Since I take all the supplements on a daily basis I can’t point to one particular supplement that helped, rather it was the combination of supplements that worked together.
I now have a feeling of wellness and my energy level has skyrocketed! Even on days when I have over-exerted myself I still feel great. I can finally put my head on my pillow at night and fall asleep knowing that I no longer have to face those terrible night sweats and sleepless nights or have to face a day with the mood swings and constant fatigue.
I want to thank Suzanne Stavert for introducing me to these awesome supplements, and thank Touchstone for vastly improving my quality of life!
